Indications And Usage

Indicated for enterocolitis caused by Staphylococcus aureus (including methicillin-resistant strains)

Administration

Store at room temperature, 15-30°C (59-86°F), Reconstituted solutions stable at 2-8°C for at least 4 days

Contraindications

systemic mastocytosis, low levels of a type of white blood cell called neutrophils, hearing loss, kidney disease with likely reduction in kidney function.

Precautions

Before using vancomycin, tell your doctor or pharmacist if you are allergic to it; or if you have any other allergies. This product may contain inactive ingredients, which can cause allergic reactions or other problems.
